Brakes ordered and a lot cheaper than I thought, love the local shop nice people and the nicest dog. Any store that has a dog pretty much gets my business exclusively. It’s been a great weekend already, gonna try heading to the gym tonight.

Another ten miler
Good ride warm weather. Gonna see about brakes today before work. Was almost clipped by more than one car on very wide empty roads.
Feel energized going to do some more pull and curl ups.

Yeaaaauuuuuhh took on both big hills. Nice and clear day little chilly now to the allergy medicine.
712 calories burned says machine that’s really high I think it’s off a bit.
Need new brakes
lots of deep thinking as of late. semester finished up trying to get all the loose ends and stress tied up. going to have to pick up some allergy meds so i can breathe. finishing up plan for the first 4 weeks of body by superman, hey that is a good name, things may not be going according to my plan and that makes me unhappy, have to figure out something. a long hard bike ride is needed.
First run and bike ever?!
Ran at least 2.5 ? C25k week 5 day 2 then grabbed my bike for 5.2 miles of gorgeous road with a steep ascent.
Saw the huge fluffy dog passes out in his yard and 2 golden retrievers!!!!!!! What! When did they move into that house! Going to have to run by it everyday so I can hopefully pet them.
Lots of fitness today.

Yesterday was great after work jetted home and grabbed my bike went to get the kid and we biked a few miles at the park.
Cold ride and after leg day not the easiest thing to do, but worth it.

I’ve been off the Internet grid for a little. My wrist is finally better seriously took way too long to fix.
My bro bailed on backpacking he had a good reason. Got car fixed up. Spring break was lame.
I want a road bike, have been for a little while but the entry price is 700$ it’s a cool shop and I bought my mountain bike from the dude last spring he even remembers me but the price is a bit out of my range. On the plus side I did meet his dog behind the counter!
Re reading 1984 right now. Reread court of owls, still better story than death of the family ( except anyone notice red robin snub?)
