In a row with a deficit. Today was the toughest because I worked out and my recovery meal was piss poor. I need to start wearing my heart rate monitor to the gym so when I calculate my calories I have a better idea. I’m gonna jump on the scale sometime next week. My gym is so chill I always have a blast there.
